VOLUNTEERS NEEEDED!!!

Lake County Recycling Center will be having a Spring Clean-up Day where the County is looking for volunteers to help.

The event is set for Saturday, May 3, 2025 – 9:00 -1:00.  

The drop off site is the Silver Bay Airport.

It is for residents of Lake County only.

It will take E-Waste (electronics), standard tires, appliances.  They are working on mattresses (need approval from Goodwill). 

It will not take furniture, trash, or hazardous waste.

The event will be $20.00 vehicle plus $20/trailer and free to seniors over the age of 65.

It would be nice to have Beaver Bay form a Committee to spread the word and work with residents to get their items to the site.

Volunteers would be welcome to help residents transport their items to the drop off site as well as help at the site with sorting of items.
